The history of the factory began in the twentieth century, since 1914.

In 1956, was built and commissioned a new plant capacity of 30 tons. pasta a day.Result: of many reconstructions, completion of modern premises and shops, installing new equipments, power companies increased to 20 000 tons an year.

In 1996 the company reorganized into joint-stock company, OAO "Pasta Factory" Kiev.

Since June 2001, the factory is part of the Holding "Euroservice-Ukraine".
